Enable Automated Reminders
Automated reminders are used to remind recipients to complete the document. They are a great way to speed up document completion times.
Reminders are enabled on a per-document basis from the Review and Send dialog, the last stage of the document sending process. The automated reminders are most commonly enabled during document or template creation but can also be enabled by editing and resending an in-flight document.
Enabling reminders
- Create the document or template as you would any other document or template. See Create document and Create template for step-by-step instructions.
- From the Review and Send dialog, navigate to the settings
- Click the toggle to enable the reminder
- Specify the number of days
