Access Code Authentication

The sender of the document can choose to require an access code for any or all recipients.  If you receive a document with a required access code, you'll be required to enter the access code prior to viewing or taking action on the document.

If prompted to enter an access code, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the access code.  The sender would have sent it via email or some other form of communication.
  2. Click the Review & Sign button in the signature request email
  3. When prompted, enter the access code

 

Note: You must enter the access code exactly as provided by the sender. It should not include any additional spaces or characters.
