View which recipients have signed

After sending a document for signature or approval, you can view where the document is at in the process and what action have been completed or not completed by the recipients.  If you're just looking to see who has completed their part of the document, the easiest way to see that is from the document detail page.  This shows you when a recipient has completed their part.

  1. Navigate to the Documents area
  2. Click the document name to load the document detail popout
  3. The recipients section shows which recipients have completed their part
Note: A checkmark indicates the recipient has completed their part. It can also mean they have declined to complete their part. If you see a message icon next to the checkmark for a given recipient, it means they have declined the document and provided a reason. For a more detailed view of recipient actions, see the Progress status indicator by clicking the document status

 

The progress indicator gives you more detail on the action the recipients have taken and who the document is still waiting on.  The progress status indicator is a great way to manage the progress of a document and make sure it is being completed in a timely manner.
