Remove a private message

When sending a document, you can specify a private message to go to specific recipients. The private message will only be visible to that recipient.  It will be included in the email to that recipient, along with the general message to all recipients. If a private message had previously been added, you can remove it by removing the private message text and re-saving.

Remove a private message

1. From the Review and Send dialog, Click the message icon next to the applicable recipient

2. The private message dialog will appear.  Remove all text from the message field.

3. Click Save.
