Review and Save
The review and save dialog allows you to review and modify; the message recipients will receive, template settings, and recipients. All modifications on the review & send are optional.
Review and save allows you to do three things:
- Modify email subject and message to recipients
- Add or modify reminder and expiration settings for the document
- Add a private message to recipients or edit the recipients.
Modify Email subject and message to recipients
- Modify the Subject by clicking into the Email Subject field and modifying the text. By default, the Email subject will be the same as the template name
- Add a message by adding text in the message field. This text will appear in the same format in the body of the email received by the recipients when they receive the document sent from the template.
Add or modify document settings
- Add document reminder and expiration settings by turning toggling on the desired setting. Modify as needed. Reminders will send an email reminder to the recipient and will repeat until the recipient has completed their part of the process.
- Disable allow to send to someone else by turning off the toggle. Enabled by default, this setting will allow the recipient to delegate the signing responsibility to someone else.
- Disable allow Print & Sign by turning off the toggle. Enabled by default, this setting allows the recipient to print the document, sign it on paper and upload the signed document.
Add a private message or edit the recipients
- Add a private message to individual recipients by clicking the message icon next to the recipient. The private message will be included in the email to that recipient, along with the general message to all recipients.
- Edit the recipients by clicking the edit link. This will take you back to the previous step where you can modify the recipients.
